When using Wemarka, you agree not to:
- List counterfeit or prohibited products
- Engage in fraudulent transactions
- Interfere with the platform's operation or security
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
4. Purchases and Payments
All purchases are subject to product availability and price confirmation. Prices are displayed in Jordanian Dinar (JOD). Sellers set their own prices and are responsible for fulfilling orders.
5. Seller Responsibilities
Sellers on Wemarka agree to:
- Provide accurate product descriptions and images
- Fulfill orders in a timely manner
- Handle returns and refunds per their stated policies
- Comply with all applicable commerce regulations
6. Intellectual Property
The Wemarka platform, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Wemarka. Sellers retain ownership of their product listings and media.
7. Limitation of Liability
Wemarka acts as a marketplace connecting buyers and sellers. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of products listed by sellers. Disputes between buyers and sellers should be resolved directly between the parties.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in prohibited conduct.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
