Returns & refunds
Changed your mind, or something isn't right? Here's how returns work on Wemarka.
Eligibility window
Most items can be returned within 7 days of delivery, unused and in their original packaging. Some categories — final sale, personal care, custom orders — aren't eligible; check the product page for details.
How to request a return
Go to My Account → Orders, open the delivered order, and choose "Request a return". Pick the items and a reason — the seller reviews the request within 2 business days.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method — or as store credit for cash-on-delivery orders — once the returned item is received and inspected.
Exchanges
Prefer a different size or color? Request a return and place a new order — we don't support direct exchanges yet.
