Delivery timeframes
Most orders ship within 1–2 business days and arrive within 2–5 business days across Jordan, depending on the seller and your city.
Delivery fees
Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your address and the seller. Orders totaling 50 JOD or more ship free.
Tracking your order
Once your order ships, you can follow its status any time from My Account → Orders.
Orders with multiple sellers
If your cart includes items from more than one seller, each seller's items ship separately and may arrive on different days.
